CANlead is designed to fit your school’s unique context. While the program can be embedded into the everyday curriculum, the most popular delivery models are holiday camps and after-school leadership programs that bring the energy and spirit of Canadian camp traditions to life.

Lesson Structure

  • Sessions typically run 45–60 minutes, with optional extension projects and reflection activities – differentiated by age and pedagogy to be meaningful, relevant and appropriate for each age range. 

Measuring Impact

  • Student progress is tracked through baseline assessments, midpoint reflections, and capstone projects, supported by digital portfolios. Additionally, the program relies on several regular feedback strategies through surveys, recorded feedback sessions to keep student voice and experiences central to the program.
